AZ-25锆刚玉是专门设计用来生产钢坯打磨的重负荷砂轮和大切割片的新型磨料，具有极佳的耐磨性和韧性，产品使用寿命长，切削速度合适。设计制造了具有自主知识产权世界领先的冷却设备，生产出的25锆晶体尺寸小，晶体生长缺陷少，析出的氧化铝形成的树枝状结晶对氧化铝-氧化锆形成的共晶结构起到了增强作用，从而极大地提高了磨料韧性，同时还具有800-1800kg/c㎡ 重负荷压力下的自锐性和其他力学强度，使磨料的使用寿命和切削速度大为提高，重负荷砂轮和大切割片试生产结果表明和欧美产的25锆磨料效果一样。同时引进国外SPC工艺和质量控制，使产品质量的稳定性得到了有效控制。

AZ-25 ALUMINA ZIRCONIA ABRASIVE GRAIN

AZ-25 alumina-zirconia abrasive grain is specially designed to make heavy-duty grinding wheel and large cut-off wheel for steel billet grinding.AZ-25 has long service life and good cur rate due to its excellent wear resistance and toughness. We designed the proprietary& state-of-the-art quenching equipment so that the AZ-25 abrasive grain made from this equipment has optimized crystal structure. The crystal size is very small and no growth defects. The dendritic alumina crystal reinforced the alumina-zirconia eutectic structure so that the grain toughness was greatly improved. This abrasive has self-sharping properties under 800-1800 kg/cm2 high pressure while maintaining other mechanical properties, the service life and cut-rate of grinding wheel were greatly improved.The field tests in heavy duty grinding wheel and large diameter cut-off wheel showed the performance of our AZ-25 was the same as grains imported from Europe and USA. We also introduced SPC process and quality control, the stability of production and quality achieved the same level as European USA.
