AZ-40 alumina-zirconia abrasive grain is specially designed to make abrasive belts, flap discs for stain steel, and titanium grinding. large-diameter cut-off wheel and grinding wheel for rail track grinding. lts cut rats is high and lasts longer due to its excellent hardness and toughness. We designed the proprietary &stalc-of-the ant quenching equipment so that the AZ-40 abrasive grain made from this equipment has an optimized crystal structure. The crystal size is very small and no growth defects. The alumina and zirconia formed a perfect eutectic structure and no phase separation.
